You won’t find any absolute answer in this video BUT a change of perspective which can be salutary and, above all, which can free yourself of guilt.
In the end, an easy choice is a choice with one option better than the other, and a difficult choice is a choice between two alternatives when one is better than the other regarding some aspects but not all aspects, so no alternative really stands out.
